$75.00 Retainer is needed to book your session. You are only confirmed for your date if retainer is paid. These are transferable to another date if needed. If you reschedule more than once, your retainer may be forfeited. In additional, any cancelled sessions will forfeit your retainer and will not be returned.
Session must be paid in full at date of session. Session fee includes pre consultation regarding location, style and wardrobe.*
Retainers paid towards a session will be forfeited if you cancel on the photographer and do not reschedule within a year. Time and effort goes into planning with client, emails, wardrobe selection ect. This retainer is payment for my time.
Retainer is forfeited if a shoot is cut short due to child not cooperating, poor behavior or child not separating easily from parent.
I do not shoot babies or toddlers. There are special circumstances with older siblings.
For tweens and teenagers, I do not shoot girls who do their own makeup. I either recommend no makeup (just clear mascara and lip gloss) or hire my HMU contacts. For actresses, we want to keep them looking young. In addition, my experience is girls are not well versed enough with makeup and jeopardizes the finished product.
When final edits required are more time consuming due to acne or other circumstances, this will be at an additional cost.
*** Re-shoots are only given if technical difficulties on photographers end. Re-shoots are not given free of charge if child is not cooperating, you don't like clothing, hair ect. *** IF CHILD IS SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR SHOOT ***
* I will provide you guidelines and suggestions for wardrobe. I will be involved in wardrobe selection, as it can truly make a difference in your final images. Clothing and style are just as important as lighting and location.
